< Return to Interwrite Makeover Video Contest "What You Know About Tech."
Our video is a parody of rapper T.I.'s "What You Know About That". Our school has fortunately had the opportunity to use technology in our classrooms, which has given all of our students and staff some exposure to several great educational tools. Our next step is to continue making the technology tools meaningful in our instruction and assessment. "What You Know About Tech." demonstrates how our students feel about their learning and what keeps them engaged as learners versus some of the traditional instructional practices that may not reach ALL of our students. We are currently in an age of "digital immigrants" trying to bridge the gap to "digital natives". "What You Know About Tech." is a message from all of our students to all of their teachers.

Great thinking, just like my parents had to deal with the "new math" back in the day, we are all looking for a "new way" to express ourselves and learn. Good luck to you!
